PLEASE double check your teams placements in ALL sessions! We apologize if we were unable to get you in your first choice of sessions. Hopefully, this will be our “final” version, though history would suggest otherwise…

If you find an error (like you’re not listed where you’re supposed to be, or are in 2 spots, don’t panic… just email me, and I’ll let you know the “final” answer. Thanks for your patience, and we’ll see you soon! Changes are marked in RED! .

To all GWGF 2012 Gyms… we MUST have your athlete’s leo sizes turned into us at registration@greatwestgymfest.com NO LATER than Friday, January 13 (yes, THIS Friday!) so we can guarantee your athlete’s get the leo that fits them!

The standard sizes are as follows:

The form we would love is attached to the confirm email your gym received or you can send it to us in an excel spreadsheet with athlete’s name and corresponding size! NO FAXES/HANDWRITTEN ENTRIES CAN BE ACCEPTED!

Sadly this year we will NOT be having the Oh Canada Session. Canadians are still coming — competing J.O. rules.

Happily the BOYS ARE BACK at Gym Fest this year.

Tickets for all sessions, as well as Ice Cream Social and Dance party will go on sale at showclix.com on January 1. We’ll post the link when that goes LIVE.

All rates are valid for double occupancy & do not include the 13.4% tax & surcharge. For more than 2 adults, please add $10 per additional adult, per night to the rate. There is no additional charge for children.

Unfortunately we cannot book guestrooms online under a group block. If a guest makes a reservation online, they will not be offered the group rates & they will have to choose from the availability we have outside of the block, which can be limited over these dates.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. We will charge the first night’s room & tax as a deposit at the time of booking. If a room is cancelled within the 72 hour mark, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
