Great West GymFest At A Glance!

COVID-19 Protocols: (We’re all in this together – we will make it through!)

The Boring Stuff…

Please do not send your athlete if she is exhibiting any symptoms of illness
Temperatures will be taken upon arrival.
Athletes with temperatures of 100.3 or greater will be turned away.
Please have your athlete wash her hands when entering and exiting the building.
Athletes will use provided alcohol-based hand sanitize prior to each event
Masks must be worn when the athlete is not in timed warm-up or competition.
Judges will wear masks except when medical conditions prevent it.
Coaches will wear masks except when clear communication is necessary for the safety of the athlete. (IE: spotting, communicating down a 84 ft. vault runway, during timed warmups, etc.)
Coaches & Parents please encourage social distancing at all times.

Parking: Resort $15.00 Event Parking Street and Public Parking also available nearby in the McEuen Park lot, or the City parking, 1 block north.

Drop off: Please follow the signs to our Drop off Area in the Bus lane to the North of the Resort!

Pick up: After the Meet, the athletes can be met at the main doors of the Convention Center

Water & Food & Chalk: Please provide your own snacks and a refillable water bottle. Discourage athletes from sharing water or food items. Gymnasts (or teams) must provide their own chalk. (BYOC!)

Spectators: Sadly, due to our small space, we can’t have spectators this year. 🙁
